Whilst most sensible people choose to spend their August on holiday somewhere hot, I chose to spend it in two tiny rooms at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with my shows Secret Diary of a Bingo Call Girl 2 and Absolutely Dabulous Drag Bingo. Because I'm not particularly sensible.
It was amazing though. I met so many people, performed over sixty shows when including my guest appearances and received two four-star reviews for Bingo Call Girl. Ab Dab repeatedly sold out on the weekends and even ended its run on a Sunday night with a room close to capacity.
I will return next year with more Ab Dab plus two more surprise shows. But for now it's back to the bingo, quizzes and cabaret for September!
